Because our seasonings are food products, we cannot accept returns once your order has been opened or delivered. This helps us protect the safety and quality of every blend that leaves our hands.
But please know this:
Your happiness matters to us — a lot.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or something just doesn’t feel right, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it right away.

Refunds
Refunds are approved only if:
